将用于检测甘油醛-3-磷酸脱氢酶(GAPDH)(GAP MB)和胱天蛋白酶-3(casp3 MB)mRNA的两种类型的MB分别掺入cGNS中。掺入cGNS的MB显示杂交中的DNA序列特异性。与游离MB相比,cGNS掺入使MB能够在很大程度上增强对核酸酶的稳定性。含有GAP MB的cGNS通过内吞途径内化到小鼠骨髓来源的干细胞的KUM6中。cGNS未分布在溶酶体中。与cGNS孵育后,不同浓度的喜树碱诱导细胞凋亡。对于cGNSGAPMB没有观察到细胞内荧光的变化。另一方面,对于cGNScasp3MB,荧光强度通过细胞的凋亡诱导显著增强。

综上所述,该研究结果表明,结合MB的cGNS是用于细胞凋亡可视化的一种有前途的系统。
