14岁的女孩，表现为无痛性左眼视力丧失。眼底成像提示左侧视网膜中央动脉闭塞（CRAO）（图A）。脑MRI可见亚临床栓塞性梗死（图B）。胸部CT证实多中心心脏粘液瘤（图C）。基因检测发现PRKAR1A基因点突变（图D）。Carney复合征（Carney complex，CNC）是一种罕见的常染色体显性遗传的多发肿瘤综合征，伴心脏皮肤表现。多发心脏粘液瘤不常见，与CNC密切相关。34％的心脏粘液瘤患者可发生脑栓塞。 PRKAR1A基因位于17q22-24，其突变见于约40％的CNC患者。
