脑室内肿瘤切除术

脑室肿瘤切除患者
关注

患者中年女性，体位性头痛7年，近期两眼球上视、下视受限，行走共济失调；并出现对侧轻偏瘫；呕吐。MRI提示为脑室内巨大肿瘤。手术经侧脑室后角入路。显微镜下分块全切肿瘤。术后患者清醒。
