ATVB：男性血清分拣蛋白与主动脉钙化与心血管风险有关！

由此可见，老年男性血清高水平分拣蛋白与较高的MACCE和严重的AAC相关，并独立于相关的混杂因素，包括C反应蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。然而，这一发现需要在其他队列中进行验证。

全基因组关联研究和临床前研究表明分拣蛋白在所有心血管疾病危险因素-脂质代谢、炎症和血管钙化中的作用。近日，心血管领域权威杂志Arteriosclerosis, Thrombosis, and Vascular Biology上发表了一篇研究文章，研究人员旨在评估了血清分拣蛋白水平与主要不良心脑血管事件（MACCE）的风险和腹主动脉钙化（AAC）的严重程度之间的相关性。

研究人员对社区年龄≥50岁的老年人（n=830）队列进行了评估。在基线水平，研究人员用ELISA法测定分拣蛋白水平，和通过双能X线骨密度仪进行侧位脊髓扫描评估了AAC。研究人员对年龄≥60岁（n=745）的老年男性进行前瞻性地随访至MACCE发生。

平均7.9年的随访期间，76例患者发生MACCE。在未经调整的MACCE发生率随着分拣蛋白的四分位数而增加分别为8、7.4、19.8和20.3每1000人每年。在多变量调整后的分析中，分拣蛋白与MACCE风险增加相关（风险比为1.70每SD；95%可信区间为1.30-2.20；P＜0.001）。相比于第一四分位数，第三和第四的四分位数的MACCE风险分别增加3.42倍（95%可信区间为1.61-7.25；P＜0.005）和3.82倍（95%可信区间为1.77-8.26；P＜0.001）。高分拣蛋白水平还可以预测MACCE独立于传统的心血管危险因素。高分拣蛋白水平与严重AAC（评分＞5）更高的几率相关，在调整混杂因素后（比值比为1.43每SD；95%可信区间为1.10-1.85；P＜0.01）。最高四分位数分拣蛋白水平发生严重AAC的可能性增加2倍（与3个较低四分位数组合）。调整低密度脂蛋白胆固醇后，发生严重AAC的可能性仍然显著。

由此可见，老年男性血清高水平分拣蛋白与较高的MACCE和严重的AAC相关，并独立于相关的混杂因素，包括C反应蛋白和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇。然而，这一发现需要在其他队列中进行验证。
