ONF：对癌症晚期患者进行心理健康教育对其医疗服务利用率有何影响

目的：该研究的目的在于探究晚期癌症患者参与护士引导的心理教育指导对患者医疗服务利用率的影响。方式：该研究对实验数据进行二次分析，实验地点在美国密歇根州的四个肿瘤中心进行。参与人员为484名晚期癌症患者。病人被随机分到3个组：简短心理健康干预、广泛心理健康干预和对照组。实验前对患者进行医疗访谈和病历回顾，实验3个月、6个月后分别检测病人医疗服务利用率，检测指标为急诊就诊率或病人住院率。采用多变量逻辑

目的：该研究的目的在于探究晚期癌症患者参与护士引导的心理教育指导对患者医疗服务利用率的影响。

方式：该研究对实验数据进行二次分析，实验地点在美国密歇根州的四个肿瘤中心进行。参与人员为484名晚期癌症患者。病人被随机分到3个组：简短心理健康干预、广泛心理健康干预和对照组。实验前对患者进行医疗访谈和病历回顾，实验3个月、6个月后分别检测病人医疗服务利用率，检测指标为急诊就诊率或病人住院率。采用多变量逻辑回归模型来研究实验的可行性，通过病人急诊就诊率和住院率分析得出病人社会人口统计学资料和健康状况相关因素和风险，及病人生活质量(QOL)。

结果：结果表明研究组病人急诊就诊率和住院率无明显差异。肺癌患者及结肠直肠癌患者急诊就诊率更高一些，且他们的并发症更多、生活质量更低。通过分析得出，病人的生活质量同他们的住院频率有关。

结论：无论是简短的还是广泛的心理健康教育干预，都不能明显的提高病人医疗服务利用率，及不会加重医疗机构的负担。

对护理的启迪：护士引导患者进行的心理健康教育可以提高患者的生活质量，又不会增加家中医疗系统的负担，可以提高护理质量，护士可以从这一角度出发，对患者、对医疗系统都大有裨益。
