J Endod：免疫组化检测根尖周肉芽肿、根尖囊肿和残余基底囊肿内的半乳糖凝集素-1、-3和-7的表达

半乳糖凝集素在免疫炎症反应中起到重要作用，但是它们在根尖损伤发展过程中的作用还未可知。这篇研究的目的是为了评估半乳糖凝集素-1、-3和-7在根尖损伤中的表达情况以及其与炎症浸润程度和囊性上皮细胞模式之间的关系。

半乳糖凝集素在免疫炎症反应中起到重要作用，但是它们在根尖损伤发展过程中的作用还未可知。这篇研究的目的是为了评估半乳糖凝集素-1、-3和-7在根尖损伤中的表达情况以及其与炎症浸润程度和囊性上皮细胞模式之间的关系。研究通过免疫组化分别检测20例根尖周肉芽肿(PGs)， 20例根尖囊肿(RCs)和20例基底残余囊肿(RRCs)半乳糖凝集素-1、-3和-7的表达情况。并检测上皮和结缔组织中阳性细胞的百分比。结果显示，在结缔组织中，与RCs和RRCs相比，PGs在细胞质/细胞膜中表达更高的半乳糖凝集素-1和-7 (P < .05)。并且，PGs细胞核中的半乳糖凝集素-1表达明显高于RCs和RRCs (P < .05)。当炎症损伤达到III级时，半乳糖凝集素-1和-7的表达更高(P < .05)。在任何参数下，半乳糖凝集素-3的免疫表达均未见明显变化(P > .05)。在上皮组成中，RRCs细胞核中存在较高的半乳糖凝集素-7的表达(P < .05)，而在增生上皮囊肿中这种蛋白主要表达于细胞质/细胞膜(P < .05)。结缔组织中半乳糖凝集素-1 (P <
