J Rheumatol：骨髓衍生的内皮祖细胞与骨量和强度相关

骨的血管可影响骨生成，但是目前并没有临床研究确定血管生成是否与骨量和生长因子的基因表达有关。我们比较了骨质疏松症或创伤性骨折与骨量正常（COM）的骨髓内皮祖细胞（EPC）。 收集骨质疏松症或COM的年龄匹配的女性的骨标本。分离单核细胞，通过流式细胞术检测EPC。测量特定基因的表达水平。测定骨矿物质密度（BMD），并测量骨转换的血清标志物。用Student t检验或Mann-Whitney U

骨的血管可影响骨生成，但是目前并没有临床研究确定血管生成是否与骨量和生长因子的基因表达有关。我们比较了骨质疏松症或创伤性骨折与骨量正常（COM）的骨髓内皮祖细胞（EPC）。

收集骨质疏松症或COM的年龄匹配的女性的骨标本。分离单核细胞，通过流式细胞术检测EPC。测量特定基因的表达水平。测定骨矿物质密度（BMD），并测量骨转换的血清标志物。用Student t检验或Mann-Whitney U检验评估OP和COM之间的差异，并使用Spearman相关性确定相关性。

结果显示，与COM相比，OP患者血清骨钙素，前胶原1型N末端前肽和25-羟基维生素D水平显著降低，全髋和股骨颈骨密度降低，骨髓EPC较少。OP中血管内皮生长因子，血管生成素-1（Ang-1），血管生成素2（Ang-2）和成骨细胞特异性基因runt相关转录因子2（RUNX2）和骨中osterix的表达水平显著低于COM中。我们确定成熟EPC与股骨颈BMD和全髋，Ang-1，RUNX2和CD31基因表达呈正相关，与核因子-κB配体和Ang-2受体激活因子基因表达呈负相关。

综上所述，该研究结果表明骨髓EPC与骨量和生长因子基因的表达相关，支持了骨骼健康中血管生成和骨生成之间串扰的假设。
