Dent Mater J:MTA, BioAggregate和Biodentine在模拟条件下的物理特性

这篇研究的目的是通过micro-CT影像分析评估作为倒充填材料的硅酸钙类水门汀在不同pH值和血液条件下的物理特性。

研究对84颗牙齿进行充填,根尖末端切除后超声预备3 mm深的根尖末端窝洞。将样本分为4个实验组(n=21)。研究新鲜配制水门汀,在暴露前后采用micro-CT影像进行分析。测试组暴露于酸、碱或血液环境4天。

结果显示,暴露4天后,酸性pH值显著降低所有材料的体积,与其他条件相比明显不同。Biodentine在酸性环境下,其体积和密度百分比降低程度最高。所有材料中,Biodentine在酸性环境中可见多孔形成。所有材料在暴露于酸性pH环境下其3维结构均发生明显改变,而所有材料在碱性环境或血液中其结构改变发生较少。
