新型SARS-CoV-2在世界范围内造成了大量感染和死亡。因此，一个合适的评估病人的情况和临床治疗是最重要的。因此，本研究对2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)患者的实验室参数进行评估，以确定细胞因子表达与其他实验室参数的相关性。

在武汉开展回顾性单中心研究，共纳入83例重症监护室(ICU)收治的COVID-19重症患者。收集经实验室确认感染SARS-CoV2的ICU患者的实验室参数。参数之间的关联用斯皮尔曼等级相关评定。

患者中位年龄为66岁(IQR, 57-73)，男性55岁(66%)。83例患者中，61例(73%)有1种或1种以上的并存其他疾病。IL-2R、IL-6、IL8、IL10和TNF -的中位浓度在正常范围以上，不含IL-1抑制因子。研究发现IL-6与血小板计数呈显著负相关(r2 =−0.448,P < 0.001)， IL-6与其他血小板参数呈显著相关。最后发现多种细胞因子与凝血指标之间存在相关性，促炎因子与凝血参数的相关性更高，IL-6与国际标准化比值(INR)的相关性最高(r2 = 0.444, P < 0.001)。

研究结果表明，细胞因子在COVID-19的发病机制中发挥重要作用。此外，IL-6在评价COVID-19患者的病情方面似乎更有相关性。
