这篇研究的目的是在应用一种新型生活活性玻璃(BG)盖髓材料实施直接盖髓后,体内评估牙髓对其的反应情况。新型的BG盖髓材料包含粉和液2部分。粉剂为BG (82.36% SiO2, 15.36% CaO和2.28% P2O5),液体分为2种:(1) 磷酸盐缓冲溶液(BG-PB)和(2)磷酸盐缓冲溶液外加1 wt%海藻酸钠(BG-PB-SA)。当粉和液混合后,BG-PB和BG-PB-SA就已准备完毕。制备Wistar大鼠上颌第一磨牙机械露髓的窝洞。暴露窝洞随机使用BG-PB, BG-PB-SA或MTA进行盖髓。在1 (n = 6)和4周(n = 8)后,提取大鼠上颌骨,并通过一种评分系统对样本进行组织学评估。采用Kruskal-Wallis和Mann-Whitney U检验进行统计学分析,显著性设置为.05。结果显示,1周后,BG-PB, BG-PB-SA和MTA组中均较少存在炎症细胞。并且,在大多数样本中可观察到一薄层新生基质。4周后,3组中的所有样本均已形成坚固的牙本质桥。BG-PB 和BG-PB-SA组无或只有轻微炎症反应,而MTA组表现出轻微到中等程度的炎症反应。3组在任意时刻的牙髓
