MCP：肺结核治疗潜在的药物靶点

肺结核是全球致死率最高的几种感染性疾病之一，每年有将近150万人死于肺结核感染。肺结核的主要致病菌是肺结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mtb）。由于与HIV的共感染以及结核菌耐药问题的日益严重，结核病仍然是全球公共卫生领域的重大威胁。近日，国际杂志MCP在线发表了一遍关于肺结核治疗新靶点的研究。

肺结核是全球致死率最高的几种感染性疾病之一，每年有将近150万人死于肺结核感染。肺结核的主要致病菌是肺结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mtb）。由于与HIV的共感染以及结核菌耐药问题的日益严重，结核病仍然是全球公共卫生领域的重大威胁。近日，国际杂志MCP在线发表了一遍关于前列腺癌转移机制的研究。

STPK在调控多种环境变化、细胞壁的合成、细胞分化以及病原-宿主相互作用中发挥了至关重要的作用。研究人员采用Mtb蛋白质组芯片进行了全部11种Mtb STPK相互作用蛋白质的系统性发现。他们构建了STPK蛋白相互作用网络，其中包含492种蛋白质以及1,027个相互作用。分析发现同细胞壁合成相关的蛋白被高度富集。进一步的功能研究表明，与细胞壁合成相关酶MurC可被PknG通过相互作用和磷酸化而进行调节。这些结果提示PknG与细胞壁的合成与调控密切相关，是一个潜在的药物靶点。

研究表明 STPK蛋白质相互作用网络为结核分枝杆菌的基础研究提供了一个很好的资源。解析蛋白质相互作用或将成为根本治疗肺结核的关键。
