Am J Clin Nutr:孕妇体内多不饱和脂肪酸含量竟会影响后代脂肪含量

研究数据显示,总n-3 (ω-3) PUFA(尤其是二十碳五烯酸、二十二碳五烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸)浓度含量更高的孕妇,其后代总脂肪质量百分比更低,Android/Gynoid脂肪比例更低(P < 0.05),但是与后代BMI和腹膜前腹部脂肪面积无关。总n-6 (ω-6) PUFA(尤其是γ-亚麻酸)浓度含量更高的孕妇,其后代有更高的总脂肪质量百分比、更高的Android/Gynoid脂肪比例和更高的腹膜前腹部脂肪面积(P < 0.05),不过与后代BMI没什么关系。此外n-6/n-3 (ω-6/ω-3) PUFA比例更高的孕妇,后代总脂肪和腹部脂肪质量将更高。

研究结果表明,孕妇体内更低的n-3 (ω-3) PUFA浓度和更高的n-6 (ω-6) PUFA浓度,会导致后代更高的身体脂肪和腹部脂肪。不过未来还需要更多的研究探究两者间潜在的机制,以及对心血管代谢健康的影响。
