总的来说，研究按照选择标准共选取58颗上颌尖牙作为试验对象，并在距离根尖大约13 mm处切段。牙根按照颊舌向-近远中向直径以及重量进行标准化，并随机分为3个实验组(n = 14)和1个对照组(n = 16)。组1的牙根用手用器械预备至40/.02，组2和组3分别用Mtwo (VDW， Munich， Germany)旋转器械预备至40/.04和40/.06。机械预备后，牙根使用牙胶跟封闭剂进行充填封闭。组4的牙根未进行预备用作对照。使用通用测试机对每个样本进行垂直向负载直至牙根断裂。通过引入集成了单因素方差分析，验证性因子分析和回归分析的创新方法对数据进行统计评估。

结果显示，对照组的平均折裂负载为357.47 ± 110.54 N，组1为338.86 ± 105.23 N， 组2为297.74 ± 77.31 N， 组3为280.10 ± 68.51 N。然而，仅有组3与对照组之间存在显著性差异(P < .05)。

结论：在使用手用器械预备至40/.02和旋转器械至40/.04和40/.06，仅有最后一组会改变牙髓治疗过牙齿牙根的抗折性能。
