阿尔茨海默病患者其大脑的尾状核增大

结果
与非痴呆患者（SCI和MCI）相比，AD患者年龄较大，女性多于女性，尾状核体积大，海马体积小（p＜001）。在多元线性回归分析中，年龄和女性的性别与尾状核体积较大有关，但无论是诊断还是记忆功能都没有。年龄、性别、记忆功能与海马体积有关，年龄和记忆功能与尾核/海马比值相关。
结论
ad患者的尾状核体积较大，部分原因是年龄较大和女性。这些结果进一步的上下文中讨论（1）尾状核可能作为一个临时的补偿机制；（2）这个大脑区域的自动测量方法的性能；和（3）的病理改变。需要进一步研究，以充分了解尾状核在AD.的作用。
