研究人员检索了2019年5月27日之前MEDLINE(PubMed)、Embase、Web of Science和Cochrane Library数据库收录的相关文章。与血流介导的血管扩张(FMD)和脉搏波传导速度(PWV)变化相关的组间差异(治疗组VS对照组)以平均值和标准差表示,用于评估Mg补充剂对这些结果的影响。采用随机效应模型表示荟萃分析的结果。采用I2统计量评价研究之间的异质性。

 

结果显示,口服补充Mg对FMD(平均差异2.13;95% CI - 0.56,4.82;p = 0.12)和PWV(平均差异 - 0.54,95% CI - 1.45,0.36,p = 0.24)没有显著影响。两种结果(FMD和PWV)的异质性很高(I2 = 99%,p <0.001)。然而,在亚组分析中,在研究时间超过6个月、非健康受试者、年龄超过50岁或体重指数(BMI)≥25 kg/m2的患者中,口服Mg可显著改善FMD。RCT数量的减少和其中的异质性是主要的局限性。

 

总之,本荟萃分析提示,在非健康、超重或老年人群中补充口服Mg补充剂至少6个月可改善其血管内皮功能。
