Clin Nutrition: 饮食中维生素C和E的含量对帕金森氏病风险的影响

      近日,有研究显示摄入富含维生素C和维生素E食物的人患帕金森疾病(PD)的风险或会降低近三分之一。富含维生素C的食物包括橙子、草莓、花椰菜和球芽甘蓝;富含维生素E的食物包括菠菜、羽衣甘蓝、南瓜和坚果(比如花生和杏仁等)。研究人员表示,维生素C和E均是能有效抑制帕金森疾病诱发细胞损伤的抗氧化剂,具体而言,抗氧化剂能够帮助抵御不稳定的分子以及氧化性压力,这些氧化性压力会导致成为多巴胺的大脑化学物质的损失,这是帕金森疾病发生的主要标志。因此,摄入富含这两种维生素的食物或能帮助预防帕金森疾病的发生。此外,研究人员还在中枢神经系统中发现了高浓度的维生素C,在中枢神经系统中其能发挥神经保护的特性。

 

      研究人员对所有使用PubMed,EMBASE,Cochrane和SCOPUS数据库进行了全面的文献检索,以研究截止到2021年1月23日发表的相关研究。总共纳入了12项研究(四项前瞻性队列研究和八项病例对照研究)。研究结果显示 与低摄入量组相比,高维生素C摄入量组未观察到明显的风险降低。另一方面,高维生素E摄入组的PD发生风险明显低于低维生素E组(OR =0.799。95%CI = 0.721-0.885)。

 

       很多患者都会摄入抗氧化剂补充剂,其中也有很多患者会摄入维生素C和E,这样做对其机体健康是非常有益的;存在帕金森疾病风险的人群或会因摄入抗氧化剂而获益;尤其是那些有疾病家族史的人群。保护机体免于帕金森疾病最好的方式就是拥有健康的生活方式,包括摄入富含水果、蔬菜和全谷类的地中海饮食方式,同时进行足够的锻炼。
