目前,使用平纹玻璃纤维板的纤维玻璃加强复合树脂(FRP)块已经在牙科治疗的CAD/CAM中得到广泛应用。这篇研究的目的是为了评估纤维玻璃板的方向对FRP块弯曲特质的影响。

目前,使用平纹玻璃纤维板的纤维玻璃加强复合树脂(FRP)块已经在牙科治疗的CAD/CAM中得到广泛应用。这篇研究的目的是为了评估纤维玻璃板的方向对FRP块弯曲特质的影响。

研究采用三点弯曲测试检测5种类型的纤维玻璃板样本的弯曲特质。one-way analysis of variance检验结果显示,纤维玻璃板的方向显著影响材料的弯曲强度、0.2%的屈服强度和弯曲模量。当纤维玻璃板的方向垂直于所受力方向时,FRP的弯曲强度值最大,当纤维玻璃板的方向平行于所受力方向时,FRP的弯曲强度值最小。结果表明,FRP块的弯曲特质各异,明显受到纤维玻璃板方向的影响。
