各种药物可通过影响心脏离子通道，增加一般人群院外心脏骤停(OHCA)的风险，从而引起室性心动过速/颤(VT/VF)。二氢吡啶可阻断l型钙通道，但与OHCA风险的关系尚不清楚。

各种药物可通过影响心脏离子通道，增加一般人群院外心脏骤停(OHCA)的风险，从而引起室性心动过速/颤(VT/VF)。二氢吡啶可阻断l型钙通道，但与OHCA风险的关系尚不清楚。本研究的目的是研究常用的二氢吡啶硝苯地平和/或氨氯地平是否与OHCA风险增加有关，以及这些药物如何影响心脏电生理。

研究人员开展了一项病例对照研究，研究对象为荷兰和丹麦正在进行的以人群为基础的OHCA登记中经VT/ vf记录的假定为心脏原因的OHCA病例，以及年龄/性别/索引日期匹配的非OHCA对照(荷兰:PHARMO数据库网络，丹麦:丹麦公民登记系统)。纳入荷兰2503例OHCA病例，10 543例非OHCA对照组，丹麦8101例OHCA病例，40 505例非OHCA对照组。研究为了检验药物对心脏电生理的影响，在人诱导的多能干细胞来源的心肌细胞中进行了单细胞膜片钳研究。

研究结果表明，高剂量硝苯地平（而非低剂量硝苯地平或任意剂量氨氯地平）与普通人群中OHCA风险的增加有关。硝苯地平剂量滴定应慎重考虑。
