本研究的目的是确定血液学参数(中性粒细胞‐淋巴细胞比值[NLR]、血小板‐淋巴细胞比值[PLR]、嗜酸性粒细胞‐淋巴细胞比值[ELR])与钩虫病之间的关系。 本研究纳入140例钩虫病患者和159例健康对照者。所有数据均来自广西医科大学第一附属医院电子病历。 钩虫病患者NLR、PLR、ELR水平明显高于健康对照组(均P = 0.000)。建立ROC工作特性曲线，评估这三个血液学参数的诊断

本研究的目的是确定血液学参数(中性粒细胞‐淋巴细胞比值[NLR]、血小板‐淋巴细胞比值[PLR]、嗜酸性粒细胞‐淋巴细胞比值[ELR])与钩虫病之间的关系。

本研究纳入140例钩虫病患者和159例健康对照者。所有数据均来自广西医科大学第一附属医院电子病历。

钩虫病患者NLR、PLR、ELR水平明显高于健康对照组(均P = 0.000)。建立ROC工作特性曲线，评估这三个血液学参数的诊断效果。ELR (AUC = 0.850;敏感性= 75.00%;特异性= 86.80%，AUC优于NLR (AUC = 0.718;敏感性= 53.57%;特异性= 88.68%，PLR (AUC = 0.806;敏感性= 68.57%;特异性= 86.79%)。采用所选指标(RBC和ELR)建立多元回归模型，模型的敏感性和特异性分别达到82.86%和96.23%。在钩虫病患者组，NLR (r = - 0.452, P = 0.000)和PLR (r = - 0.357, P = 0.000)与嗜酸性粒细胞呈负相关。

三个血液学参数(NLR、PLR和ELR)的预处理水平可以作为区分钩虫病患者和健康对照组的有价值的指标。NLR和PLR与嗜酸性粒细胞这一指标呈负相关。
