日前，上海交通大学医疗机器人研究院揭牌成立。

日前，上海交通大学医疗机器人研究院揭牌成立。

中国工程院院士、上海交大校长林忠钦表示，建设医疗机器人研究院是上海交大实现2020年世界一流大学建设目标的重大布局。

该研究院院长、英国皇家工程院院士、帝国理工学院哈姆林手术实验室主任杨广中表示，研究院的目标是围绕“健康中国”国家重大医学需求，发展个性化、智能化、微创化的医疗机器人前沿技术，开展跨学科前沿创新研究，建设国际一流的医疗机器人核心技术研发平台，支撑中国医疗机器人产业关键技术转化，打造具有国际影响力的医疗机器人前沿研究的大师荟萃地和产业创新转化的人才集聚地。
