2021年3月31日，国家医保局召开2021年医保支付方式改革试点推进视频会，部署疾病诊断相关分组(DRG)付费、区域点数法总额预算和按病种分值(DIP)付费两个试点年度重点工作。国家医保局党组成员、副局长李滔出席会议并讲话，财政部、国家卫生健康委有关司局负责同志参加会议。

李滔副局长强调，医保支付方式改革是推进医保高质量发展的重要内容，DRG和DIP试点工作是今年支付方式改革的重中之重，会议明确了工作目标，提出了时间和进度要求。各省级医保部门和试点城市要进一步提高政治站位、对标对表、细化举措、强势推进，30个DRG试点城市和71个DIP试点城市今年内分批进入实际付费，确保2021年底前全部试点城市实现实际付费，试点工作如期完成、取得实效。

各省级医保部门设分会场，各省区市医保局、财政厅、卫健委有关负责同志，试点城市有关同志在分会场参会，辽宁、广东、广西、厦门、湘潭等地作经验交流发言。
