J Endod：不同终振荡技术对冲洗液挤出未发育成熟牙齿根尖孔的容量分析

这篇研究的目的是为了评估不同终振荡技术将冲洗液挤压出实验性未发育成熟牙齿模型根尖孔的容量差异。

研究采用15个长度为14 mm且根尖孔开放的下颌单根前磨牙作为研究对象，按照终振荡技术的不同分为6组：组1，正压冲洗、无振荡；组2，使用Irrisonic的超声振荡(Helse Dental Technology， Santa Rosa de Viterbo， Brazil)；3组，使用Irrisonic Power的超声振荡(Helse Dental Technology)；4组，使用Easy Clean的机械振荡(Easy Dental Equipment， Belo Horizonte， Brazil)；5组，使用XP-endo Finisher的机械振荡(FKG Dentaire， La Chaux-de-Fonds， Switzerland)；组6，使用Eddy的声波振荡(VDW， Munich， Germany)。模型制备：将牙齿固定在充填了琼脂的Eppendorf塑料管内，以此来收集挤压出根尖孔的冲洗液。采用Ioditrast 76造影溶液(Justesa Imagen Mexicana， Tlalpan， Mexico)模拟冲洗液。通过micro-CT影像分析检测推出根尖孔冲洗液的体积，单位为立方毫米。采用Kruskal-Wallis和Dunn检验对数据进行统计学分析，显著性水平设置为5%。

结果显示，各组推出根尖孔冲洗液的体积值分别为：0.67 (group 5)， 0.76 (group 1)， 2.28 (group 2)， 3.14 (group 3)， 3.15 (group 4)和17.19 (group 6)。组6和其他各组相比，体积值存在显著性差异(P < .05)。

结论：所有的振荡技术均会导致冲洗液推出根尖孔。当使用Eddy设备实施声波振荡时推出根尖孔的冲洗液值会更高。
