MedSci注：这篇文章比较简单，其特色在于“早”，作者采用动物模型，观察术后最早发现肿瘤的时间，以及行为学改变的相关性。如果在人体中也能发现类似的相关性，会更有价值。 　台湾长庚纪念医院神经外科的王（Wang TC）等研究发现，正电子发射体层摄影（PET）检查有助于发现早期大鼠胶质瘤，而传统的神经系统检查手段则有助于监测肿瘤的生长。论文2月12日在线发表于《神经肿瘤学杂志》（J Neurooncol）。 　　恶性胶质瘤是最常见的颅内原发肿瘤，以广泛侵犯和进展迅速为特点。不断发展的动物影像学技术，使我们能够建立可靠的动物模型并且通过无创方式监测肿瘤生长，这对于研发新的治疗技术非常重要。 　　该研究应用传统的神经学检查手段以及18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖（18F-FDG ）PET技术来监测大鼠胶质瘤模型的肿瘤生长情况，用肢体运动和感觉试验来评估大鼠神经功能缺失情况，并分析大鼠神经行为改变与PET影像学表现及组织病理学数据的相关性。 　　结果为，在手术后7天时，PET影像上可清晰地观察到肿瘤存在。神经行为改变与PET影像学表现及组织病理学结果相关性良好。
