J Endod：RANK和RANKL的遗传多态性与持续性根尖周炎相关联

研究认为，根管治疗的效果与宿主的反应密切相关。基因多态性可能与根尖周炎的修复存在一定的关系。这篇研究的目的是为了评估NFkB受体激活剂(RANK)、NFkB配体的受体激活剂(RANKL)和骨保护素(OPG)的基因多态性与持续性根尖周炎(PAP)之间的关系。

研究认为，根管治疗的效果与宿主的反应密切相关。基因多态性可能与根尖周炎的修复存在一定的关系。这篇研究的目的是为了评估NFkB受体激活剂(RANK)、NFkB配体的受体激活剂(RANKL)和骨保护素(OPG)的基因多态性与持续性根尖周炎(PAP)之间的关系。

研究选择接受非手术根管治疗且随访至少1年的受试者作为观察对象。研究包括64名具有征兆/症状的PAP受试者和86名根管治疗后根尖愈合的受试者。提取受试者唾液中的基因组DNA，并对RANK (rs3826620)， RANKL (rs9594738)和OPG (rs2073618)进行基因分型的实时精确检测。采用Epi Info 3.5.2 (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention， Atlanta， GA)确定比值比。随访时间作为协变量进行logistic回归分析。所有检验限定a为0.05 (P = .05)。

结果显示，RANK的等位基因分布和多态性之间存在一定的联系。携带T等位基因的受试者罹患PAP的风险更低(P < .05)。就RANKL多态性而言，PAP和愈合组之间的基因型分布存在显著性差异(P = .05)。随访时间与PAP相关联(P < .05)。在使用时间作为协变量的logistic回归分析中，RANK (P < .05)和RANKL (P < .05)与PAP存在一定的关联。OPG rs2073618的多态性与PAP之间不存在联系(P > .05)。

结论：这些结果表明，RANK和RANKL的基因多态性与PAP之间存在联系。
