PNAS撤销美国科学家一篇“数据造假”论文

据Retratchion Watch网站消息，《美国科学院院刊》（PNAS）发布一篇声明称，由于数据造假，撤销美国德州大学奥斯汀分校研究人员关于EB病毒的一篇论文。 文章的第一作者是德州大学 Jennifer Cox博士。她于2010年至2015年攻读博士学位，尚不清楚其是否已获得博士学位。 此外，论文的两个通讯作者，并不能提供原始的实验数据来证明论文中数据的准确性。 德州大学网

此外，论文的两个通讯作者，并不能提供原始的实验数据来证明论文中数据的准确性。

德州大学网站曾在论文发布之初刊登过一篇关于该论文的新闻稿。在该新闻稿中，Cox表示这项研究是令人振奋的，为治疗癌症提供了新方法。目前该新闻稿已被移除。

据PNAS网站报道，作者声称，论文发表后，他们意识到论文中数据重复，随后第一时间联系了PNAS。进一步调查发现，其中免疫印记和核酸印迹数据被修改，而作者却无法提供原始的实验数据。因此，PNAS撤销了这篇论文，并对此引起的不便表示歉意。
