这篇研究的目的是为了比较临床、人口统计的、放射线及组织学根尖周肉芽肿、囊肿和残余囊肿内CD34、胞间粘附分子1 (ICAM-1)和平足蛋白的表达以及肥大细胞的存在情况。

这篇研究的目的是为了比较临床、人口统计的、放射线及组织学根尖周肉芽肿、囊肿和残余囊肿内CD34、胞间粘附分子1 (ICAM-1)和平足蛋白的表达以及肥大细胞的存在情况。

研究选取31例损伤（5例根尖周肉芽肿、15例囊肿和11例残余囊肿）作为评估对象。组织学切片置于硅烷化的载玻片上以进行免疫组织化学研究。使用光学显微镜观察分析影像，并且数据按照5%的显著性进行分析(P < .05)。

结果显示，有11例(35.5%)和15例(48.8%)囊肿分别表现出萎缩和上皮增生(P > .05)。3组的炎症浸润强度相似(P > .05)。并且，3组间CD34和平足蛋白的表达以及肥大细胞的存在情况也相似；而肉芽肿ICAM-1的表达要明显强于囊肿(P < .05)。基于炎症浸润的强度，所检测的标志物表达之间未见明显差异。

结论：3组间CD34和平足蛋白的表达以及肥大细胞的存在情况没有明显差异。而ICAM-1的表达更多见于根尖肉芽肿。
