这篇研究的目的是为了评估压烧结对2种二硒酸锂陶瓷HS10PC (HS)和IPS e.max Press (IP)弯曲强度和折裂韧性的影响。研究采用不同的压烧结炉对360块样本进行(3×4×30 mm)加压烧结,包括Austromat 654 Press-i-dent (AUS), Programat EP5000 (PRO)和Vario Press 300 (VAR)。检测其3点弯曲强度(n=30)和折裂韧性(n=30)。结果显示,压烧结和瓷块并未影响材料的弯曲强度(336-360 MPa),并且所有组的弯曲强度均相似。采用AUS对HS加压烧结的折裂韧性明显高于使用PRO和VAR的结果(2.65-2.81 MPa√m)。对IP而言,加压烧结对其折裂韧性没有任何影响。采用PRO加压烧结后,IP的折裂韧性明显高于HS。没有发现任何相关性。结论:在不考虑压烧结炉时,2种二硒酸锂玻璃陶瓷展现出相似的弯曲强度。而折裂韧性变化则基于陶瓷和烧结的不同。原始出处:Stawarczyk B, Liebermann A, et al.
