目前已经证实免疫炎症在烟雾病(MMD)的发病机理中起关键作用。然而,循环的Treg / Th17细胞MMD患者中,如何参与并导致该疾病发生,仍然不清楚。我们的研究结果表明循环的Treg参与了MMD的发病机制,并且是重要的因素。

目前已经证实免疫炎症在烟雾病(MMD)的发病机理中起关键作用。然而,循环的Treg / Th17细胞MMD患者中,如何参与并导致该疾病发生,仍然不清楚。本研究包括26例MMD,21例动脉粥样硬化血栓引起的中风,32例健康对照。研究显示,MMD患者的循环的Treg和Th17细胞百分比以及该细胞主要分泌的细胞因子的比例明显高于其他组(P <0.0001),而MMD和动脉粥样硬化血栓导致的中风组或对照组的患者的Treg / Th17的比例没有差异(P = 0.244)。然而,与健康的志愿者相比,MMD患者中增加的Treg富集在FrIII Treg细胞中,并且抑制功能发生缺陷(P = 0.0017)。另外,Treg或TGF-β与MMD的Suzuki期呈现正相关关系。并且,循环的Treg的水平是与MMD期相关的独立因素。此外,TGF-β也与MMD患者中VEGF的表达增加相关。我们的研究结果表明循环的Treg参与了MMD的发病机制,并且是重要的因素。

烟雾病科普,不懂来看

烟雾病又名Moyamoya病,脑底异常血管网,是一组以Willis环双侧主要分支血管(颈内动脉虹吸段及大脑前、中动脉,有时也包括大脑后动脉起始部慢性进行性狭窄或闭塞,继发出现侧支异常的小血管网为特点的脑血管病。因脑血管造影时呈现许多密集成堆的小血管影,似吸烟时吐出的烟雾,故名烟雾病。 临床表现:1.短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)型最多见,约见于全部特发性烟雾病的70%。临床特点是反复发生一过
