研究人员采用溶血指数(HI)测定急诊hs-cTnT患者标本的溶血分布。将15名健康志愿者的分组样本通过手工递送(MD)PTS送到实验室。并通过干扰研究,了解不同溶血程度对hs-cTnT检测的影响。

研究发现临床7.26%ED患者溶血。与MD相比,研究人员发现患者血浆游离血红蛋白(Hb)明显升高。Hs-cTnT受游离Hb (R=-0.625, P<0.01)干扰,这同样也在干扰研究中而得到了证实(R ≥ -0.820,所有P ≤ 0.01)。在每hs-cTnT浓度为100 mg / dl的游离Hb时,临床上存在明显的偏倚(Bias≥-13.85%,所有P all <0.05)。此外,hs-cTnT在 50 mg / dl游离Hb的偏倚接近10%,特别是在30ng/l hs-cTnT浓度(偏倚:-11.72%,P<0.01)

研究结果表明,PTS可以增加标本溶血的频率,这可能导致hs-cTnT检测的非真实降低。因此,临床医生应该意识到游离Hb50mg/dl的溶血PTS样本的测量偏倚会增加。
