对急性缺血性脑卒中采用重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗已得到全世界认可,尿激酶在中国被广泛应用于溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中。

尿激酶原是尿激酶的前体,相较于尿激酶,它既保留了较强的溶解血栓能力,又提高了使用的安全性,但大多数国家不认可尿激酶用于急性缺血性脑卒中的溶栓治疗,并未批准应用于临床。

中国首都医科大学北京朝阳医院胡文立博士所带领的团队比较了尿激酶原、重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂和尿激酶3者溶栓治疗急性脑栓塞模型犬的效果,以苏木素-伊红染色发现,3种治疗后急性脑栓塞模型犬脑组织梗死区均未出现血肿,亦未明显减轻脑梗死神经元细胞凋亡。血管造影显示,尿激酶原与重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂促进急性脑栓塞血管再通方面具有相似的作用,效果优于尿激酶。相关文献发表于 Neural Regeneration Research 杂志上。
