一共报道了143种不同的免疫指标,结合不同的计量单位和汇总统计,创造了大量的组合,因而阻碍了荟萃分析的进行。

BCG疫苗组与未接种组相比,体外IFN-γ的产生有增加趋势。接种BCG疫苗后,对体外白色念珠菌微生物抗原、破伤风类毒素、金黄色葡萄球菌、脂多糖和乙型肝炎的刺激反应,表现为IFN-γ增加。

麻疹疫苗接种队列研究表明,破伤风类毒素微生物抗原和C白色念珠菌刺激,会导致淋巴组织增生的增加。

接种白喉-破伤风(单纯疱疹病毒和脊髓灰质炎抗体滴度)和白喉-破伤风-百日咳(肺炎球菌血清型14和小儿麻痹症疫苗中和反应)疫苗后,对异种抗原的免疫原性增加。

因证据质量较低,不能按常规进行荟萃分析。由于接种BCG疫苗后,IFN-γ的产生有增加趋势,以及接种麻疹疫苗后,微生物抗原刺激时对淋巴细胞的增殖有影响,均提示接种疫苗后,非特异性免疫的影响方向是一致的。
