研究人员采用四种不同的方法,包括毛细管区带电泳法、溴甲酚紫色染料法、浊度法和浊度法,对100例新鲜采集的非冷冻血清样本中的白蛋白进行了前瞻性检测。分析了不同方法血清单克隆免疫球蛋白浓度的差异。通过测定外源性单克隆免疫球蛋白刺激的人血清样品中的白蛋白水平,进一步研究了这些差异。
