Nat Commun：脂肪细胞肥大和脂质动力学是哺乳后乳腺重塑的基础

我们检查了小鼠乳腺（MG）中脂肪细胞和脂质动力学的细胞机制和功能意义。利用脂肪细胞前体的体内分析和成熟脂肪细胞的遗传追踪，发现成熟的脂肪细胞肥大是退化过程中mgWAT扩张的主要机制。脂质追踪和脂质组学证明脂肪细胞充满上皮衍生的乳脂。此外，在退化期间消融mgWAT揭示了脂肪细胞在乳汁运输和乳腺上皮重组中的重要作用。

综上所述，该研究结果推进了我们对脂肪细胞MG重塑和组织特异性作用的理解。
