研究对单层培养的NIH/3T3细胞(American Type Culture Collection, Manassas, VA)进行测试,培养条件为100%湿度、37℃、5% CO2孵育。应用于细胞的封闭剂浸膏剂(24小时和1周)按照1:1和1:2的比例稀释。施加封闭剂24和72小时后通过改良磺酰罗丹明B染色测定评估其影响。所有实验至少进行两次,重复6次。结果采用方差分析和post hoc comparison检验进行统计学评估,显著性水平设置为P = .05。

结果显示,BioRoot RCS的细胞毒性要明显低于另2种封闭剂。在所有条件下,MTA-Fillapex (Angelus, Londrina, Brazil)和SimpliSeal (Discuss Dental, LLC, Calver City, CA)展现出相似的抗增殖特性,2者没有显著性差异。

结论:BioRoot RCS展现出相当积极的生物学活性。然而,还需要进一步研究来阐明其潜在的调控机制以及发挥积极效果的成分。
