简要介绍：

Lennox-Gastaut综合征（Lennox-Gastaut syndrome，LGS）是一种儿童期发病的严重发育性癫痫性脑病，严重影响患者及其家人的生活质量[1]。LGS的主要特征为多种癫痫发作类型、脑电图（Electroencephalogram，EEG）广泛性慢的棘-慢复合波（1.5～2.5 Hz）和智力障碍/发育迟缓（Intellectual disability/developmental delay，ID/DD）[1-2]。超过90%的LGS患儿为药物难治性癫痫[3]，预后差，很难达到癫痫无发作[4]。新的抗癫痫发作药物（Antiseizure medications，ASMs）的研究为LGS患者带来新的希望。
