抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体（anti-N-methylD-aspartate receptor,NMDAR）脑炎是儿童最常见的自身免疫性脑炎（autoimmune encephalitis,AE），占儿童抗体阳性自身免疫性脑炎的90%以上。目前国内已有多个中心的队列研究，据不完全统计，中国儿童抗NMDAR脑炎已报道600例以上。
