简要介绍：

近几十年来，坏死性小肠结肠炎（necrotizing enterocolitis, NEC）逐渐成为新生儿外科最常见的急腹症。新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎早期缺乏特异性诊断指标，常很难在患病早期被识别和确诊。如何根据该病的特殊发展进程制定对应的治疗策略，是值得临床关注的问题。Bell分期根据患儿临床指标及腹部X线平片对NEC的进展程度进行分期，并制定相应治疗策略。本文对NEC Bell分期进行解读，并探讨临床医生应如何将临床经验与Bell分期结合起来判断病情、确定治疗方案和把握NEC的手术指征。
