腹腔镜胃袖状切除术（laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy,LSG）是目前最常用的减重术式之一。2018年美国减重与代谢外科学会（ASMBS）统计数据显示,在所有减重手术中,LSG位居首位,约占61.4%[1];2019年我国大华北减重与代谢手术临床资料数据库（NC-BMD）统计LSG的开展比例81.6%[2]。
