简要介绍：

研究显示高血压是 CKD患者全因死亡或心血管死亡的主要危险因素，合理地管理血压可减缓 CKD 进展，降低心血管疾病风险。但 CKD 患者高血压的病因及合并症复杂多样，疾病阶段不一，治疗方案的制定应依据降压靶目标、原发病、肾功能状况、透析方式以及合并状况等做出个体化选择。本指引就以上问题，结合最新指南进行归纳概括，以便广大临床医师和药师参阅。
