注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, ADHD)是一种常见的神经发育障碍性疾病，以注意力不集中、冲动和多动为特征。该病的病因是多因素的，主要集中在遗传因素。然而，越来越多的研究表明，肠道菌群的变化和失衡也参与其中。肠道微生物群对大脑发育和神经发生的影响已有明确证据。我们对ADHD人群中微生物群的新兴研究进行了综述。本研究旨在总结ADHD的知识现状，找出知识缺口，并指出新的研究方向。感谢研究人员，这将有可能更好地了解ADHD病因的复杂性，特别是肠道微生物群在该疾病发病机制中的作用。在Pubmed、Scopus和谷歌Scholar数据库中进行综述。大量研究表明，补充益生菌可对包括ADHD在内的神经发育障碍的病程产生积极影响。遗憾的是，确定的临床研究大多没有定论，我们需要开展更多高质量研究，为基于微生物群干预措施的治疗提供可靠证据。
