简要介绍：

鉴于目前尚缺乏关于视网膜中央动脉闭塞(central retinal artery occlusion, CRAO)充足的循证医学证据,由美国心脏协会卒中委员会,动脉硬化、血栓形成和血管生物委员会,高血压委员会,外周血管疾病委员会组成的专家小组对与CRAO有关的研究进行文献综述,提出了CRAO治疗和二级预防管理声明。早期识别CRAO并尽快分诊至急诊科对患者预后有重要意义,静脉注射组织型纤溶酶原激活剂治疗CRAO可能有效,目前指南建议对CRAO进行标准化和系统的病因评估与治疗,该领域尚需高质量的随机临床试验。
