变应原免疫治疗（AIT）是通过临床评估和过敏试验选择的一种或多种过敏原的治疗性暴露，可减少过敏症状并诱导免疫耐受。吸入性过敏原的AIT常用的形式为皮下免疫治疗(SCIT)或舌下免疫治疗(SLIT)。本文主要针对吸入性过敏的免疫治疗提供循证指导建议。
