目的检索并总结经股动脉入路介入术后患者最佳制动时间的相关证据，促进医护人员对经股动脉入路介入术后患者的最佳制动时间做出科学的临床决策。方法检索循证卫生保健数据库（Joanna Briggs institute,JBI）、加拿大安大略注册护士协会（registered nurses association of Ontario,RNAO）、美国指南网（national guideline clearinghouse,NGC）、英国国家临床医学研究所指南库（national institute for health and care excellence,NICE）、国际指南协作组、医脉通、UpToDate、Cochrane Library、PubMed、万方、中国知网等数据库中关于经股动脉入路介入术后患者制动时间的相关证据，检索时间为建库至2021年6月20日。结果最终纳入10篇文献，包括2篇专家共识、1篇临床决策、1篇证据总结和6篇系统评价，总结出9条最佳证据，涉及影响因素、止血方法、制动时间及术后相关并发症4个方面。结论本次最佳证据总结为经股动脉入路介入术后患者制动时间提供循证证据支持，建议在临床上进行证据转化和应用时，应充分考虑患者的自身情况与医疗资源环境，从而选择经股动脉入路介入术后患者的最佳制动时间。
