高血压是具有多种临床特征的疾病并可以在不同的学科中体现。在高血压、糖尿病、慢性肾脏病和脑卒中的指南中均强调血压控制的重要性,相应的指南提出了血压控制目标。鉴于血压和心率具有相互作用的血流动力学特征,会因血压或心率变化而相互产生影响,因此高血压患者除了血压控制达标外还应考虑心率的临床特征。
