远端胆管狭窄是临床常见的胆管病变,可由良恶性疾病所致。尽管目前内镜技术已成为治疗远端胆管狭窄的主要手段,但对其仍缺乏全面认识。基于此,2019年亚洲胆胰疾病介入治疗小组发布了《远端胆管狭窄内镜管理的国际共识意见》,从诊断、治疗、随访等多个维度阐述了远端胆管狭窄内镜管理的相关共识意见,笔者对其中一些重点内容进行梳理及解读,以期为临床实践提供参考。
