随着儿科临床医师对过渡期生长激素缺乏症(TGHD)的认识以及国外相关诊疗指南的发表,中华医学会儿科学分会内分泌遗传代谢学组制定了《过渡期生长激素缺乏症诊断及治疗专家共识》。该共识就过渡期患者继续治疗的重要性,何时及如何评估TGHD,rhGH治疗剂量、监测及安全性等方面为临床医师提供了参考。该文对共识的主要内容进行解读,并结合我国目前实际情况进一步探讨。
