脑卒中,俗称"中风",又称脑血管意外,包括缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中,是由于脑的供血动脉突然堵塞或破裂所导致。其中缺血性脑卒中(脑梗死)占85%;出血性脑卒中就是人们常说的脑出血或脑溢血,蛛网膜下腔出血也属于这一类。脑卒中发病率高,致残、致死率高,复发率高;它也是一种可防可控的疾病,早期筛查、早期干预可取得显著的效果,但实际上我国脑卒中防治知识的知晓率较低[1-3]。为落实国家脑防委脑卒中防治"关口前移、重心下沉;提高素养、宣教先行"的宏观策略,
