在心脏病患者人口老龄化的背景下，介入前衰弱评估的风险预测在心脏手术和经导管主动脉瓣置入术(TAVI)等经导管瓣膜介入治疗中越来越重要。本文主要针对上述患者的衰弱评估提供共识声明。
