的确目前处理速度慢了很多，估计编辑想通过这种方式缓解一下积压的论文，robert kozma: “we have over 900 accepted papers in early access state, which means that some of the papers must wait two years or even more for publications. we are determined to reduce this backlog in the coming year. this puts significant pressure on our processing and evaluation system. accordingly, we must be highly selective, with a target acceptance ratio at the level of 10%. it means that we can accept only the very top papers.”

终于升到一区top了

控制领域顶级期刊之一，if飞涨到了7.35，投的时候还是5.多。投稿经历来看不容易中，前后审稿1年半，当然中间我自己有事也拖了几个月。四个审稿人，很专业，历经三次大修 终于接受。要说明的是不要看到拒稿重投就放弃了，这个期刊的重投就是大修。
