经验分享：都说这个杂志快，一个月给消息，投稿第二天就under review了，但是六周过去了依然没有一审结果， 有了解的同学吗， 这是个啥情况？

Plant Cell and Environment：6月26日投稿，7月21日pending recommendation， 7月30日pending decision并通知拒稿但鼓励重投。不知道这个期刊有没有大修？拒稿但鼓励重投是否相当于大修？
主编的邮件如下：
Dear Dr. XX:

The manuscript listed below has now been reviewed and assessed by the appropriate Editor. I enclose copies of the referees' comments, and the decision of the Editor. On the basis of this advice I regret to inform you that your manuscript is not acceptable for publication in Plant, Cell and Environment. Although the present manuscript cannot be accepted, the Editor has indicated that the topic of your research is of interest to the journal, and you are encouraged to consider a new submission in due course, incorporating all the suggestions of the referees with additional data or analysis. Any such resubmission would be considered a completely new manuscript, with a new receipt date, and subject to the full peer review process, not necessarily involving the same referees. If you do decide to resubmit a new manuscript, please include a detailed covering letter indicating how the manuscript has been changed in response to the referees' criticisms. The comments from reviewer(s) are included at the bottom of this letter.

You will be unable to make your revisions on the originally submitted version of your manuscript. Instead, revise your manuscript using a word processing program and save it on your computer. 经验分享：文章一审不到20d回来，虽然被拒了，但所提意见非常中肯，对以后研究帮助很大。文章创新性要求较高，对文章中采用的方法及其最新的进展（包括方法的可靠性，方法存在的不足以及弥补方法，实验结果准确性的验证等）有很高的要求，尤其是研究热点中大家公认的但存在缺点的方法，要做到实时跟进。

这个哥们的文章大概是拒绝了。根据本人的投稿经验。这个期刊接受率低于15%。中国人由于语言等因素,接受率低于10%。今年已经到6.96。没有很好很新的故事,估计连外审都不可能,更别说接受。

刚发表一篇。没啥创新性，实验数据完整一点就能顺利发表，适合刷分数

分子里比较牛的实验都有哪些？？

经验分享：主编很负责，第一次投过去后28天反馈两个审稿人意见，总体都持肯定意见，有些地方作些修改以及补充一定数据，最后主编给的意见是拒绝，鼓励重投！四个月后修改及补充完毕，再投，31天出结果，小修。主编将修改稿一份送给之前的一位审稿人，一份再找第三个审稿人重新审稿。审过的那位审稿人反馈没问题，建议接受；重新找的那个提出六个问题，总体肯定。四天后修改完成，再投，两天后接受。从pp审过两轮下来的，改投pce，整个审稿过程比较顺利，找的审稿人很专业，只是要求可能比pp要宽松一些。另外，拒绝并鼓励重投可能类似其它杂志的大
